There's a TON of info on all the technologies that comprise the broad category of 'Artificial Intelligence,' but it can be intimidating to wade through and really confusing to figure out where to start and make it applicable to a government organization.
Microsoft has created an online curriculum that looks to me like it's reasonably well assembled, and might be worth sharing with some of your tech-weary functional people, managers and executives.
“The fact is that government workers across the board—and especially decision-makers—don’t necessarily have that familiarity or depth on AI,” Anthony Salcito, Microsoft’s vice president for government, said in a statement. “This new learning path is a way to get them introduced to the concept and to understand why it’s important in the context of government work.”
