I wrote yesterday about the need for government officials to learn about blockchain technology in order to shape how it could be used to deal with major public policy issues. Brazil is now requiring their new diplomats to demonstrate knowledge of it, and is considering requiring local governments to demonstrate how they might use the tech, as well.
