The State of Maryland has increased automation (using AI, robotics, and more) throughout their workers' comp process, enabling human workers to spend more time helping applicants, and less time just making sure all the paperwork is done and correct. 

This is the promise of automation and governments all over have processes that can benefit from it. And we are starting to move from 'imagine this' to 'here's who's doing what'. I'll keep providing examples of real-world uses of automation - let me know yours.
