If you weren’t already aware, the European Court of Justice's invalidation of the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield earlier this year in its Schrems II decision has had a serious impact on companies' international operations and will do for a long time to come.

Jennifer Tsai at Kira Systems references a survey that they did of 165 data protection agreements between 2011 and 2020. The survey was conducted in light of the uncertainties following the invalidation of the EU-U.S and certainly makes for some interesting reading. Take a look.
