I'm really pleased to have been appointed as a member of the European Advisory Board of the International Association of Privacy Professionals. The IAPP is the largest and most comprehensive global information privacy community and resource. It was founded in 2000 and is a not-for-profit organization that helps define, promote and improve the privacy profession globally.

The European Advisory Board plays a crucial role in the development and growth of the IAPP in Europe - it also provides support on strategic initiatives and champions the privacy profession in the region. I'm really looking forward to collaborating with my peers across the profession to help shape the IAPP's content to ensure it remains relevant in light of the evolving regulatory, operational and technology challenges that privacy practitioners continue to face.
